Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service provided by Solution One Cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment to discuss the issue.
  • We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be provided at the discretion of Solution One Cleaning.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been partially or fully completed, unless there is a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
